The B2B Marketplace is a joint platform by AutoScout24 and AutoProff that allows professional dealers to buy vehicles directly from other European dealers in a secure, verified environment. Buyers access via our AutoProff Platform and benefit from AutoProff’s professional trading tools (negotiation, secure payments, post-trade support).
-
Access is provided through your AutoProff account. You will see a “B2B Marketplace” button that brings you directly to the cars offered on the B2B Marketplace.
-
You must be a registered car dealer with a valid VAT ID. You must have an AutoProff account and be able to complete payments through Secure Payment. If any of these are missing, your onboarding contact (AutoProff) will help complete setup.
-
Yes. The B2B Marketplace is designed for cross-market visibility, showing listings from multiple European countries in one unified interface (across desktop and mobile).
-
Prices are shown with B2C price logic and clear VAT indications:
VAT included, not deductible – Listings showing Gross Prices for non deductible vehicles.
VAT excluded – Listings showing Net Prices for vehicles where VAT is deductable.
VAT included and deductible – Listings showing Gross Prices for vehicles where VAT is still deductible but shown within the price.
Always check VAT type before making an offer — it affects total cost and invoice handling.
For safety reasons the seller needs to confirm the VAT status during the vehicle condition verification, to make sure the vehicle status mentioned in the listing in the B2B Marketplace is correct.
-
Once t you agree on a price with the seller, the Vehicle Condition Verification process begins. During this step, the vehicle’s condition is checked by the seller, and if any previously unreported damages are identified, they must be disclosed by the seller. This allows you to review the state of the car and reopen the negotiation before the deal is finalized is needed. This ensures transparency and minimizes disputes.
-
Yes. The verification data from the seller serves as an inspection record and can be reused for future deals. If a vehicle has prior verification, it can also be added to the vehicle condition verification by the seller, and in some cases, it will also be shown in the listing.
-
Submit your offer through the B2B Marketplace platform. You can negotiate directly with the seller via the integrated AutoProff chat or negotiation feature. Once both parties agree on price, the deal proceeds to the Condition Verification step.
The B2B Marketplace is a tool to structure and record all negotiations in one single place, to steer transactions and conversations more effectively.
-
After acceptance:
The seller uploads condition verification data (if not already provided).
You review and confirm the details.
Once confirmed, the deal is locked in the system and moves to the Post-Trade phase.
-
After acceptance, withdrawal may only be possible under dispute conditions handled by AutoProff support.

-
All payments are processed via the Secure Payment provider integrated with AutoProff.
-
Due to local regulations, for cars coming for Italy the seller issues the invoice directly to you — not AutoProff.
For all other European Countries AutoProff issues the invoice on behalf of the seller. This maintains full transparency between buyer and seller, while AutoProff oversees the payment flow for security.
-
All payments are made in EUR.
-
Once your payment is processed, the system sends an automatic confirmation.
-
Transport arrangements are agreed between buyer and seller. You can use your own logistics provider or coordinate via AutoProff’s transport service which uses recommended partners where available.
-
You can open a claim directly within the platform. AutoProff manages all post-trade disputes to ensure a fair resolution based on the condition verification data and evidence provided.
-
AutoProff reviews the evidence (photos, verification report, communication logs) and mediates between both parties. Resolutions can include partial refund, full return, or rejection of claim depending on findings.
The B2B Marketplace helps you with the negotiation chat to document any discussion and to avoid out of platform agreements.
