SELF-ORGANIZED TRANSPORT:

While we recommend our established transport services, we understand that some markets require flexibility. For areas not covered by our official Transport Partners, we now offer you the option to work with your own professional logistics provider. This service is ideal whether you need coverage in new markets or want to arrange bulk vehicle transport across multiple locations. You can continue buying vehicles through our platform while maintaining professional transport standards, no matter your logistics needs.
Here’s how it works:
STEP 1
Congratulations on your purchase!
For international trades from both Auction and Marketplace, you can now manage your own delivery process through Self-Organized Transport. Please note that this service is exclusively available for cross-border vehicle transport.
Important: Usually, vehicles are ready for pickup within 24-48 hours after receiving payment. Some 3rd party stock locations may need some extra time (up to 5 working days after payment is recieved) to prepare the vehicle for pickup. In those cases, you will receive an extra notification so you can book your transporter accordingly.

Choose the
”Own Transport Partner” Option
STEP 3
Submit & Confirm Transport Details
By selecting this option, you are free to hire your own trusted transport partner. This gives you the flexibility to use your preferred transport partner, while enjoying the benefits of buying cars via AutoProff. Next, choose a professional transport company you trust. Ensure they can issue a compliant CMR (Consignment Note).
Reminder: You will be responsible for ensuring the transport’s safety and documentation.

Share the details of your chosen transport company with us, including:
Company Name
VAT Number
Contact Information including Email address
Pick-up and Delivery Dates (these must be agreed with your transport partner).
Note: This is only supported in Desktop view. When the vehicle has been paid for and the necessary documents are ready you will be tasked to submit transport details.
STEP 6
Your transport partner will collect the vehicle from the seller and issue a CMR to confirm pick-up.
Reminder: it is vital that your transport partner has all the information necessary for pickup. Once the vehicle is ready for release, you will receive an email with the pickup documents. Please fill those out and forward them to your partner so they can arrange the collection.

STEP 7
Once the vehicle arrives at your location, your transport partner will provide you with your copy of the CMR for your records.

Upload the CMR to our system as soon as possible as a proof of the vehicle’s delivery. This step ensures the process stays on track.

Please inspect the car right away. If everything meets your expectations, give your approval to proceed.

Submit the Entry Certificate
Your Trade is Complete
STEP 10
For cross-border transport, submit the Entry Certificate (Export Document) through our platform as proof of export.
STEP 11
With all steps done, your trade is officially complete. Congratulations on successfully managing your vehicle transport!

Note: This does not work on mobile view. Please use desktop instead. When the vehicle is ready for pickup and the necessary douments are ready, you will be tasked to submit transport details.
